I am having trouble with my community discount

Why isn’t my community discount showing at checkout?
Community discounts can’t be combined with other promotions. If a site‑wide offer provides a better deal, that promotion will automatically apply instead of the community discount.

I was approved, but the discount still isn’t applying. What should I check?
Some items are excluded from community discounts. If your cart contains excluded products, the discount may not appear at checkout.

What if everything looks correct and the discount still isn’t applying?
If you’ve received a confirmation email showing your approval and the discount still isn’t applying, please send us a screenshot of that email. Our customer support team will be happy to review it and help resolve the issue.
