Supply Chain Disclosure
This statement is made in accordance with the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act (SB 657). It outlines the steps NOBULL, headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts, takes to guard against modern slavery and human trafficking within our business operations or supply chain.
NOBULL is committed to ethical business conduct and corporate responsibility. We recognize the importance of combating modern slavery, forced labor, and human trafficking in all forms and understand the responsibility we hold as a brand with overseas manufacturing partners.
Structure and Business
NOBULL designs, markets, and sells athletic footwear, apparel, and accessories. While our headquarters are in Boston, MA, we work with a network of suppliers and manufacturers globally to produce goods in compliance with rigorous ethical standards.
Supply Chain Verification
NOBULL’s policy is to evaluate potential contracted factories before they enter our supply chain and identify, mitigate, prevent, and address any potential risks associated with forced labor, human trafficking, and slavery. Any current vendors within our Supply Chain undergo periodic review.
Vendor Audits
NOBULL conducts review of reports of our suppliers either directly or through third-party auditors to assess compliance with our policies.
Direct Suppliers’ Certification of Materials
NOBULL holds nominated material suppliers to the same standards as our manufacturing partners. Our manufacturing partners support the compliance of material suppliers. We continue to increase our reach and impacts further up the supply chain.
Accountability Standards
If a contracted factory is found to violate laws or established standards, we investigate it promptly, and the factory is responsible for improving performance. If the factory fails to achieve corrective actions that meets our requirements, they are subject to termination.
Training
As part of our commitment, NOBULL is actively working towards building a comprehensive training program to increase awareness of modern slavery risks and compliance obligations for both our internal teams and supply chain partners.
