Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it. Simply open your order confirmation and select "View or Edit Order" to make changes. 

If the 30-minute window has passed, we cannot change or cancel your order because our team begins working quickly to fulfill it. However, once you receive your order, you can start a return or exchange here, and then place a new order if needed.

My discount code isn’t working on my new order because I used it on a previous order that was cancelled, returned, or exchanged. How can I have it reapplied?

If you used a discount code and your order was cancelled, returned, or exchanged, please contact our support team to have the discount reapplied.
