Can I change or cancel my order?

You can edit or cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it. Simply open your order confirmation and select "View or Edit Order" to make changes.

After the 30-minute window has passed, orders can no longer be edited or canceled through self-service. If you need to correct a shipping address, our Customer Service team may be able to assist with street number corrections only. We are unable to change the shipping city, state, ZIP code, country, or redirect an order to a different address.

If you entered an incorrect shipping location, you will need to cancel your order (if eligible) and place a new order with the correct address information.

If your order has already shipped or cannot be canceled, you can start a return or exchange once it has been delivered and then place a new order if needed.

Please note: If you used a discount code and your order was canceled, returned, or exchanged, please contact our Customer Care team to have the discount reapplied when applicable.
