What qualifies for a warranty claim?
If your shoes show unusual wear or failure despite normal use, they may be eligible for a replacement.


What do I need to submit a claim?
Please complete the claim form in full and include all required photos. This helps our team properly assess the issue.

Be sure to hold on to the item, as we may request it for further review.


What happens after I submit my claim?
Our team will review your submission and confirm if it qualifies under our warranty policy.

  • If approved, we’ll send a replacement of the same item
  • If the item is no longer available, we may offer store credit as a resolution.
Each claim is reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and outcomes may vary. NOBULL reserves the right to approve or deny claims and determine the appropriate resolution based on the specific situation.
