Can I cancel my account?
For Members who decide they want to cancel their membership with The Chipper, you can reach out to our Customer Service team here, including the email address of The Chipper account they wish to cancel.
Cancellation of an account with The Chipper cancels the Member's entire account on nobullproject.com. If a Member decides to cancel their membership with The Chipper, all unused points will be cancelled. If the Member subsequently signs up to become a Member again we will not reinstate the previously cancelled, unused points or rewards.
Can I merge accounts?
No. Each member can only have one account. Please make sure you’re using your preferred email address to create your account with The Chipper.
