Can I return a gift?

We accept gift returns and exchanges for orders shipped within the US*. Our standard Return & Exchange Policy, included below for reference, applies to all gift orders. If the below guidelines have been met, head here to start your return or exchange. You'll just need the Order Number and Shipping Zip Code to get started!
Our Return & Exchange Policy
We offer free returns and exchanges* for merchandise within 60 days of delivery in its original, new and resellable condition.
  • Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. 
  • We recommend trying shoes on inside to keep their original condition. Shoe boxes are an important part of the product presentation and must be returned undamaged, along with the shoes and extra laces. 
  • Products purchased in-store must be returned in-store. Products purchased online must be returned through our website.

*At this time, we do not offer gift returns or exchanges and are unable to provide prepaid return shipping labels for orders returned from outside the United States. International customers are responsible for all shipping costs to and from our facility. All exchanges are subject to Product availability. We reserve the right to provide a refund in place of an exchange in all circumstances.
