How to return an Order

All returns and exchanges are subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.
How to Return (US only)
Click here to initiate your return or exchange for orders purchased online at
  • Upon submitting your online return or exchange, you will receive a prepaid return label (print your label at home) or a QR code (printerless option) along with instructions on how to send your return to us via email.
  • Exchanges will be processed once we have confirmed returned items have been received by the carrier.

How to Return (outside of the US)
Return your order to the address below, using your own carrier. We recommend that you use a tracked service and keep your return tracking number for reference.

Be sure to include the following, either on the shipping label or inside the package:

  • Order Number (should begin with 20-)
  • First & Last Name of Customer Who Placed Order
  • Shipping Address on Original Order

Please note: Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed once it arrives at our facility. You will receive an email once your return has been processed and we have issued your refund.
